Guest：We originally booked a four-night stay at this property, but due to several serious issues, we were forced to leave after only two nights. This was easily one of the most disappointing and stressful hotel experiences we've had. To start with the positives, the location is excellent only about a 5-minute walk from KLCC, and our room even had a partial view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The room equipment also seemed to function well. On the first day, the air conditioner became jammed and started leaking water. Although this was inconvenient, the maintenance team came promptly and fixed it, which we appreciated. However, things escalated badly on the second night. We discovered a total of seven cockroaches inside the room. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and it caused us extreme discomfort and made it impossible to sleep. I immediately contacted the so-called 24-hour customer service, only to be told that housekeeping would be available nine hours later. This meant we could do nothing except stand in the middle of the room and stay alert until their business hours resumed — a horrible and exhausting experience. The next morning, the staff arranged a room change. Unfortunately, the second room also had cockroaches, along with a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. We were then offered a third unit in a different building, which they claimed had never received any pest complaints. However, this unit was a downgrade from the room type we originally booked, which was unacceptable. Given the repeated pest issues, the sleepless night, the lack of true 24-hour support, and being offered a lower-grade room after such a serious incident, we decided to request a refund and leave immediately. This stay was extremely disappointing. and far below basic hospitality standards.
