Guest：Brilliant local easy walk to town and local shops and bars Staff made us feel very welcome. Room was very nice a clean. Very good value for money. The whole hotel was very clean. The noise was ok apart from having a room next to laundry room we were woken up early. Fantastic service
Guest：The location is great for visiting local tech companies, the rooms are your standard premier inn with the usual stuff, but considerably cleaner than some I have visited recently. But what makes this place standout is the staff, Lea, Lisa and Taylor are friendly, professional and efficient, I sat on my laptop, watching them help person after person same high standards. Other premier inns please meet this standard, I would definitely stay again.
Guest：I wasn’t looking forward to my stay at this Premier Inn as it’s in the middle of quite a large industrial estate, however all of the staff ( in particular Lexi & Lisa) have been very welcoming and attentive. Lisa has a great way with customers, putting them at ease with her bubbly slightly cheeky persona while Lexi and her other colleagues also make you feel valued. The evening meals were hot and tasty and served promptly.

Very long review (asd review it dont know how to shorten it, but i hope it's worth the read) As a family of 4, we had a lovely time, we turned up to 2 lovely receptionists, that were happy to help in any way they can, always had a genuin smile, 1 of the receptionist stood out amongest all the other lovely staff, Hailey/Hayley not sure how her name was spelt, I forgot to ask lol, she went over and beyond what we were expecting, so friendly made our girls my 9 and my partners 11 years old feel so welcomed, after swiftly booking us in, getting 2 key cards which was very helpful incase 1 of us wanted to stay in the room with the girls, while the other pops out, which we did a few times, so very helpful, Hailey also went out back of reception and came back giving the girls a gift of mini eggs to share, which made their day and they didn't stop talking about how lovely she is and they wanted to go talk to her as felt safe like she was family or a close friend. Both of our girls are on the asd/adhd spectrum and hard to make them feel safe when away from home, but Hailey did this for them. Our eldest had just had her ear pierced recently for her birthday and we forgot the ear piercing solution, so we stopped by the reception again and she helped us by getting us table salt and a glass for salt water to clean the ears, she also gave the girls another treat of a little easter egg to share, which was also not expected and wished the eldest a happy birthday, bless her. Hailey really made the hotel feel more like home, she asked the girls if we were doing anything nice while we were staying. We had great fun over at crazy golf at Muligans around the corner from the hotel. On Saturday the girls were bit sad not seeing Hailey, as I believe it was her day off, but we had a great breakfast and the restraunt with a lovely welcoming waitress, who took our order as we were late down very aproachable and friendly. The hotel must be doing something right as all the staff look genuinely happy to work there. We only had 1 problem on Friday night which was the room was unbelievably hot and the air conditioning wouldnt work, and not getting enough cool air from the window. On Saturday after a day out, my partner talked to reception who had said all the hotel room are on winter mode, which means it's set to heat, but she could over ride the air conditioning to allow us to cool down the room, which was so much better. The room was lovely clean and tidy, the bathroom does get bit steamy after showers, not sure if the box on the wall was an extraction fan or not, if it is then may need looking into to help reduce the steam. The room as nice comfotable beds with bedding that doesnt trigger my sensory issues so definetly a plus. On saturday our oldest got bit home sick so took her back to her mums. On Sunday when we checked out Hailey was on reception which was great, our youngest was so happy to see her again and we were glad we got
