Guest：Standard Premier Inn room, lots of renovations happening but not a lot of noise. No cold water, just hot water running from both taps. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said I wasn't turning the tap on correctly, which was laughable. The water coming out of the taps was dirty and not drinkable (even after i ran the tap for 3-4 minutes and see picture) not even good enough to brush your teeth with. Breakfast opened at 7 am. We went down around 7:30, and there were massive queues to be seated and only one person available to book us in. My son ordered porridge, which was vile and cold. We asked for another portion, and the same happened again. We had to wait for most of the cooked food, so we gave up. Overall, 3 out of 10, and I wouldn't book again. Poor standards from the Premier Inn.
Guest：Adequate hotel, unpleasant location. I booked and paid for two rooms. My guest was arriving independently. Two hotel staff refused to tell me if the room I had paid for for my guest, was occupied or what number the room was. I HAD PAID FOR THE ROOM! Not at all impressed. Eventually a senior staff memebr relented.
Guest：Had a noise complaint from next door, told reception and Christopher was extremely helpful, even though they were fully booked he still managed to find me a new room which was much better and quieter. This even meant that he had to dos last minute clean of the room I was in, he was extremely helpful, thanks again Christopher.
Guest：Standard Premier Inn room....you know what you're going to get (basic, clean, spacious) but it ticked all our boxes. Excellent value for what we paid. Christopher on reception would merit six stars if that were an option. Very helpful and friendly on check in, plus he went above and beyond by helping my wife gift wrap a late present.
