Guest：Family and I come to this hotel for a couple days to see long distance family, to say the least the staff were amazing. Special thank you to Claudia for doing my room clean and Aleasha for being a great hotel manager to her amazing staff
Guest：Our rooms were not clean we had cobwebs in the ceilings from one side of the room to the other. The chair was completely stained and so was the tables in both rooms. We had to literally clean one of the tables ourselves in order to use the room. Very disappointing as we booked two family rooms.
Guest：Vicki was ace very welcoming and helpful. A credit to premier inn. Thanks Vicky. Premier inn is now saying this review needs be over 100 characters long. Which is silly. Doesn’t take away from how good Vicky was though
