Guest：Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.
Guest：Die Lage ist zentral , die Ausartung bedürftig- und verbraucht , die Matratze war sehr katastrophal sehr weich , wir haben nach h?rtere Matratze gefragt und wurde uns netterweise ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt aber war nicht besser als vorherige, man k?nnte die Federkern Matratze auf die Rücken spüren und wenn eine sich gedreht hat bewegte andere Personen automatisch. Aber die preisverh?ltnis k?nnte man nicht anderes erwarten.
Guest：I returned to this exceptional hotel and was not disappointed. The wonderful friendly and efficient service is a joy. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. Importantly breakfasts are always delightfully delicious with sufficient variety to please all tastes. I agree some refurbishment would be beneficial but this does not detract from the excellent value the hotel offers its guests. My thanks for a wonderful stay. Elizabeth Beetham
Guest：Good stay. Breakfast fairly good selection. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Although some areas require maintenance.
