  • Guest：While the room was stunning and front desk staff were very hospitable and were awesome to prepare some chocolates and a card for my daughter as it was her birthday (they fulfilled my request), I feel the housekeeping staff could use some improvement. I had to call the reception, almost daily, to ask for 2 dental kits. I figured if I was staying for 5 nights AND called for it the 1st 2 nights, the rest of the nights would be provided automatically as I am sure the housekeeping department has a guest list as well. Another thing is that the room, while it was tidied up when I indicated "Make Up Room", it was not CLEANED. There was no sweeping and mopping for my entire stay nor was the dining table wiped. I used the cooking utensils to boil milk for my daughter. Doing that would leave a layer/film of milk at the bottom of the pot. I'd hand scrub it clean to use again. The room attendants would place it in storage/cabinets without checking if it was clean. That's absolutely disgusting and very unsafe as the milk can go bad and re-using that pot for more milk might contaminate the fresh milk. I'd leave certain areas unclean to check on the level of details and cleanliness during my stay, and unfortunately, my suspicions came true. At the end of it all, I'd stay again for sure!! Housekeeping needs to improve, but overall, an awesome place to stay at.
