Guest：Fabulous hotel in a great location. We have just returned from a 7 night all inclusive stay and we found it to be one of the best holiday 4 star hotels we have stayed in. The hotel was newly refurbished 4 years ago and has large modern bedrooms with en-suite and walk in showers. The hotel is spotlessly clean with the many staff very attentive and friendly. We found the buffet meals to be varied something for every one and of a high standard of quality. In addition a further two restaurants you need to book for, a Canarian and Asian themed one. There are three pools and around these two areas to relax in one with more activities than the other. The hotel is large but has been designed to accommodate without overcrowded areas and has walk ways interconnecting buildings and rooms, there some stairs from the foyer to the restaurants. Overall we would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
Guest：This is a very honest rating based on my own preferences. TUI rate this hotel as 4*Platinum. It most definitely is not. Bad points - food is average. Nice enough but very repetatve. Alcohol is not great. We drank a lot better outside of the hotel and thankfully there are lots of options. We were in Block 2 and the walk over the bridge every day was a pain. If you come, ask for Block 1. Our room was a little tired and the Air Con was not great, plus the room towels were poor quality. Good points - it is very, very clean. The staff are amazing! If you come, you will have a good time without doubt. And I would suggest you try it, just don't expect 4* quality throughout. We wouldn't come again but mainly because it is too big for our liking and we have been to better.
Guest：A very large but pleasant hotel set in well maintained gardens, very near the beach but away from the crowds of Playa Blanca. Our room which was located in the quieter part of the hotel was spacious and clean. The restaurant offered a varied selection of both hot and cold food to choose from. The wine was basic but drinkable. The staff who worked very hard were cheerful and welcoming. Tables were kept clean and plates were efficiently cleared away. One person who I assume was a manager might benefit from some interpersonal skills training, however the other members of staff always greeted you with a smile. A pleasant few days, thank you.
Guest：First time at a Riu hotel and found the experience overall very good. The hotel is very large and in 2 blocks with their own swimming pools and snack bars but all dining is in the main block. The food is fantastic! Loads of choice and hot food hot which in itself is a huge positive. The main buffet restaurant is large and noisy - there's a lot of people in there -but you can always find a table and enjoy the great food. There are 2 themed restauarants, Chinese and Canarian and both again have excellent food. We were a bit dissapointed that these were also buffet restaurants but the food made up for it. The entertainment was stunning! The hotel Animation team were the hardest working i have ever seen - busy all day doing activities and then presenting these amazing shows most nights. A small group of funny, beautiful talented people made the whole holiday for us. They were all exceptional. The rest of the hotel was lovely with clean pools, lovely bright rooms and immaculate gardens. Any gripes? The bathroom towels were too small and worn and thin, the wine was help yourself from a tap and the sunbeds were packed too close together to even walk round them. I wouldn't let these things stop me from coming again though
