  • Guest：Booked Deluxe Apartment 1 Bedroom 68sqm. On checking in was handed keys to 1 Bedroom Apartment 36 sqm Apprx and was a cheaper room than the Deluxe (when I made the initial booking). Booking was made 90 days prior to arrival date. Questioned Management of RSA on why not received Deluxe Apartment , to be told that this was the room that I booked even though showing WOTIF Booking confirmation was for a Deluxe Apartment and if any issues would need to take up with WOTIF directly. The week prior had a booking for a Deluxe Apartment 1 Bedroom , and again was not provided with the room that I had booked. But was provided with a 2 Bedroom Apartment which was apparently an upgrade. I was not provided with the room that was booked and no offer to review price since I paid a premium for the Deluxe Apartment. WOTIF continues to advertise the Deluxe Apartments , which are more expensive than the 1 Bedroom Apartment. Having stayed at RSA over the past 10-15 years cannot say that I will return.
