  • Guest：It was so disappointed to stay in this hotel. Location : The location is alright. nearby to the metro station and it is easy access to the food nearby Cleanliness : It's good. Room service is good. Clean the room daily. We stay for 5 nights. Everyday the bedsheet is well made and floor is clean. Service : Not up to our expectation. The receptionist (a old man wearing spectacles - is rude and not friendly) I do not understand why you need to charge water for Euro 1? Isnnt everyday you need to put 2 water bottle in room? NO, but you did not. You supply only once (2 bottle of mineral water for my whole trip) and i need to pay to get water. It is ridiculous. And you tell me you are only a 3 stars hotel. So 3 star hotel doesnt provide mineral water daily for each room? I think it is ********. Facilities : This is the worst. The room is so small and I could not put my luggage on the floor at all. The worst part is how to get a good sleep where the rooms are not sound proof at all??? I can hear water (from people flushing the toilet upstairs) I can hear people drilling and knocking at 9am..... And i can hear people walking too. So budget ? Is this even a hotel or a MOTEL? I have never seen such a small sink. Picture as attached. Not much of picture. Breakfast comment, poor food selection. Paris trip visiting is ok, but stay in this lousy hotel spoil it.
