  • Guest：Overpriced during peak time and basic hotel far away from Queenstown. Unfriendly reception.
  • Guest：I was really disappointed to find that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in. The shower area had visible stains, and the toilet was extremely dirty — there were even traces of the previous guest’s waste left inside. When I informed the front desk, they said the cleaning staff had already left and the room couldn’t be cleaned until 3pm the next day. No apology, no compensation. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

  • Guest：Great location, so close to airport and stores but still tucked away with a nice view of the mountains. Room was very clean and felt new. Kitchen had everything you could need for a weekend stay. Very handy to have parking too!
