Guest：I’ve stayed here many times always first class service Myself and my wife stayed two nights on the first night the TV wasn’t working due to the main transmitter not working locally The following morning I was treated to a brand new tv remote bigger screen and drinks on the house Absolutely amazing people who work very hard I will be back and thank you for everything to all the members of staff and manager
Guest：Simonstone is such a special place - nestled amongst the rolling hills of Wensleydale it delivers boutique, country chic. The views from the terrace are incredible, and drinking gorgeous cocktails late into the night infront of the logfire, with good friends, it makes the perfect retreat from the pressures of modern life. Keep up the excellent work Jake and team!
Guest：Overall - Great stay, amazing views of the Yorkshire dales and good location, excellent food and great customer service throughout and a room with the best view (see photograph, uploaded). All the staff that we encountered were friendly and welcoming, who couldn’t do enough for you (shout out to the bar staff working on the 31/01 afternoon/evening and lovely receptionist). The hall itself is stunning, with a lot of character and exceptional views all around (and free roaming peacocks, like in the traitors). I would ignore the negative reviews, just go and enjoy the experience (you won’t go wrong). Would we return - 100% yes! And I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
