  • Guest：Really good clean and suitable for any trip, only thing I had that was an issue was no taxis were available for two hours nearby…had to get a friend
  • Guest：Staff brilliant. This hotel is in a service area on a motorway. Very little noise. Food issue but not hotels fault, If you check in after 21.30 limited food available as most shut @ 22.00. Then there is the price of food and drink. ￡6.20 for a large mocha My recommendation stop at a tesco(other shops available) Get a meal deal ????

  • Guest：Problem with room initially allocated. Had not been cleaned properly. Toilet had not been cleaned and flushed. When flushed it proved to be blocked. Reception lady very helpful, welcoming and cheery. Swapped rooms without fuss. Poor night's sleep due to traffic noise from M1. Needswindows refitted with better noise proof glazing. Gutters also need attention. Rain during night overflowed gutters and also noisy as it did so.
