Guest：I had booked a handicapped accessible room. The general area in the room was accessible. The bathroom was a completely different story. I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom without having to angle it. The shower/tub setup was not handicapped accessible at all. The only way to turn on bathroom light is to close the door completely. The switch is on the backside next to the door jam.
Guest：The staff was very courteous. Overall cleanliness was good, but they were hairs in my bathtub. The only disappointing thing was that they said there was a restaurant. The website said certain hours, but the only thing they had was breakfast.
Guest：The property listed a restaurant and bar on the property (the reason I booked after a long day of driving and work) and was so disappointed that neither had been operating for a "long time" the staff reported. Front desk staff were friendly and the place was clean and safe.
Guest：First off when you call to confirm things about your stay, they don’t answer. I called 8 times. Marriott-Bonvoy called and they still didn’t answer. Keys kept not working. The side entrance doors are not securely locked. The gut that works there in the morning is very rude! There was a fire alarm there my final day. Only reason I found was cause I was talking to a fire fighter and he said half the fire alarms in the building don’t work.
