  • Guest：Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room could use a deep cleaning.

  • Guest：I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by a young lady ( I can't recall her name) at the front desk who made check-in so smooth and welcoming. Traveling with my pet, I was touched by how kind and thoughtful she was — offering toys and accessories to make my little one feel right at home. She even took the time to show me exactly where the pet relief area was and how to re-enter the hotel afterward. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel very highly for its outstanding service and pet-friendly hospitality.
