Guest：I had a very pleasant experience at Victoria Lodge. It is a stylish, tastefully decorated hotel that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, very close to the main points of interest in Val d’Isère, making it ideal for exploring the resort. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast is also varied and of good quality. It is a place that I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in Val d’Isère, whether they are practicing winter sports or just exploring the area.

Guest：Like the title says, I was not expecting much when I booked this hotel last minute. The first tip that I was in for a nice surprise was the WhatsApp welcome I received. That served as a very reliable way to make my way to the hotel and learn Val d’isere when necessary. Room was clean, well organized and cleaning services very efficient. Ski reservation discount and room at hotel with heaters for boots was key. The restaurant was the second surprise. Good was great and I didn’t have to worry about the reservations … people haven’t discovered it yet. I can’t say enough about the staff. Always smiling and willing to help. To be clear this is not uber luxury (no lotion or conditioner) and it is just outside of city center but I would not hesitate to stay here again. Right on the bus line or about 8 min walk to the center. Well done Victoria staff (Octavie & Mathilde)!
