Guest：Ms. Baghel Stay was overall pleasant. Specially ambiance and food is such that you won't feel overwhelmed which I generally feel during my hotel stays. Staff is humble and polite as well. I was attended by Ms. Kiran Baghel during my checkin and checkout. Ms. Baghel Nice person and she so Careful person.......
Guest：This hotel is in a good location. The rules are large and very comfortable. They are made to order. Omelettes are very delicious. The service could improve a bit though. Check-in took a while and efficiency is not that great. Also we sent out for laundry and one of the garments was missed and we had to ask for the missing government.
Guest：This hotel is ideally located in the center of the city. Rooms are large and comfortable. Service could improve, though, we were waiting for a while prior to check-in. Breakfast was included for our stay and the omelettes were delicious both during breakfast as well as on room service. There are a lot of families in this hotel so I would not recommend it if looking for a resort style with some peace and quiet. Also, we did laundry and they were not super efficient. We had to call several times for them to return the laundry and also one of the garments was missed.

The food was consistently good, with a nice variety and great taste. The service deserves special mention staffs were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and excellent service.
