Guest：Fantastic experience. We loved everything from excellent food and service. Beautiful garden lush and full of wildlife. Highly recommended.
Guest：The staff are as kind as can be, and I love being up close to nature and the wildlife. But I’m honestly not sure what all of the hype is about… The room and grounds generally feel a tad run down. The pool is quite small, there’s not much direct, and it doesn’t feel very inviting. It’s a short-ish (but somewhat confusing) walk to the beach, but there are better spots along the beachfront nearby. The room itself is okay, but the bathroom is outside so you hear the neighbors while you’re going to the bathroom and risk getting bitten by bugs while you use the vanity/sink/toilet. So much real estate is devoted to the outdoor shower, yet there is no patio/outdoor space (in the Pavlova Suite). There’s no TV, which is fine with me, but it’s a 5-star hotel, so I feel like you should have the option to watch a movie if you want to. It’s not terrible, but it’s simply not close to a five-star experience. If I was looking for a decent 3.5 star place, I’d be pleased. But I could have gone anywhere and ended up choosing this place (and the location in general) because of the amazing reviews of this hotel in particular. So I felt like I needed to share that I’m a bit disappointed.

Guest：Séjour de 3 jours. Très bon accueil. Personne sympathique et très serviable. Toujours à l'écoute et avec le sourire, quelque soit l'endroit où vous vous trouvez dans l'h?tel. La chambre est magnifique. Tout pour se sentir bien et zen. La douche en extérieur au gré des chants d'oiseaux. Tout est là pour se sentir bien. Mini bar, climatisation, ventilateur... Un endroit zen pour se ressourcer Nous recommandons cet h?tel les yeux fermés
