  • Guest：On the good side, the traditional and spacious style was good to find in Los Cristainos where most hotels are modern and functional. There are plenty of restaurants close by, so the hotel not having one is no problem. The shortcomings really disappointed us and seemed out of line with recent reviews. It's a nice touch to have welcome cava and nibbles or you to help yourself to, but if the bottle is empty and staff sitting at Reception don't notice and get a new one brought, it's not a good welcome. This was in the middle of the afternoon. We were assured that the big tv in the room would get BBC programmes. We couldn't find them and neither could the staff member who came up to help. The bathroom window was impossible to open, although it had a handle and hinges. Staff knew about this but weren't concerned. The big door onto the balcony was faulty and didn't seal, allowing a lot of noise to come in - notably from a noisy bar nearby at night. There were signs that attempts had been made to fix it a while ago but it remained a problem. On departure, staff didn't seem to care. If we had been booked for longer we would have demanded a change of room, or left. We have since had some feedback from the hotel, with an apology that these matters weren't resolved. However, when a problem is known or there are signs of an attempted and failed repair, it's no good just 'talking a good talk'.
  • Guest：The Reveron is in an excellent central location. It was recently been renovated and is clean and smart. The breakfast is super, there is plenty of choice with fresh fruit, breads and cooked dishes. The restaurant is peaceful and spotless. The pool area is well tended and quiet, there are always enough beds for guests who wish to use it. There are lots of restaurants in the area and the hotel is minutes from the beach.
  • Guest：Stayed for a week with my girlfriend for my birthday celebrations. The hotel staff found out it was my birthday and made a fuss of me with Prosecco and Macaroons which was unexpected and fantastic. The staff here are professional,friendly,courteous and well trained. They seem very happy in their jobs..from the cleaners to the dining room staff to the reception. You are made so welcome from start to finish. The rooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard with fresh towels. The breakfast is fantastic..such a wide choice and plenty of everything all cooked to a good standard. The swimming pool and bar on the roof is fantastic and the water is clean and quite warm.There is even a lifeguard up there. The location of the hotel is great...five minutes walk to beach and restaurants and many bars. The hotel is located on a square by the local church..if you dont like bells ask for a room on the other side..i actually loved the church bells. If i had one negative it would be in relation to the balcony. We were on the 4th floor and the balcony railings are only three foot high. I found this to be a bit scary as i am 6 foot and felt i could easily fall off if i went near the railings. My suggestion would be to add another foot to the railings for safety reasons. But all in all i would highly reccomend this hotel to everbody and would certainly return.
  • Guest：Our 3rd stay at this lovely hotel, this time husband and I were joined by a friend who was also impressed. Great location (taxi from airport around €30), with many good restaurants and bars nearby. We booked room with plaza view as we like to people watch from the balcony. Everywhere spotlessly clean and all staff- reception, maid service in room, lifeguard at pool and restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful. Fridge in room, kettle, coffee machine with pods replenished daily, good size safe. Comfortable bed, good pillows, bedding changed regularly. Walk in shower with grab rail. Big bath towels. Big glass bottle of water in room on arrival could be refilled free of charge which was certainly appreciated. Tasty breakfasts including fresh fruit salad, cereals, cakes and pastries. Freshly cooked items to order with generous choice. Peaceful pool area, generous sized pool towels. Never had a problem finding sun beds. The only problem being the steps up to the pool with no hand rails, so that guests with poor mobility (myself and friend included) struggled to use. I did mention this to reception staff when checking out. As the hotel including pool area has recently been refurbished to a high standard, lack of hand rails seems a thoughtless omission.
