Guest：Room was very clean and neat, would have liked more towels. We only had two in the room for 4 adults. Breakfast was good. I paid for early check in but was told it was not available. Overall I gave it a 4 out of 5.
Guest：The heater wouldn’t go higher than 60°. 8 vehicles right by mine had their windows busted out for smash and grabs. Not a secured parking lot. Elevator down on a busy NRG event
Guest：Lobby was very hot while waiting in line for 40 minutes. Got told there was a $30 parking fee which I was not told about when booking. Hotel seemed very run down and old. Thin walls. Got woken up at 7:30 by someone’s alarm in the next room who hit snooze for 45 minutes. So much for sleeping.
Guest：Was not great, and not as good as I hoped! The location seemed confident to the stadium but it was not as walkable as it should have been, the hotel was in the back or a gated area which is great but there was no pedestrian gate access without walking out of the way back towards the interstate only to walk back to opposite way to the stadium
