  • Guest：Room was in need of renovation. No carpeted floor in the room was a bit strange. Lighting in room was poor. On the positive side, the bar was very nice and cozy, friendly bartender.
  • Guest：Staff was amazing, room was partially clean however a lot of scuff marks on the baseboards and lower wall areas, questionable spots on the wall areas in the bathroom, lack luster availability to amenities due to a "main breakage" so no pool, key cards needed replaced/reprogramed, vending machine on 4th floor lacked, broken/questionable elevators, visible water damage in parts of the hotel ceiling, the lobby was a icebox (no heat), God awful feces smell in hallway leading to the elevators assuming due to the main breakage.
  • Guest：We booked this hotel for my sibling graduation ceremony. The hotel has a decent facilities. The room is clean. Staff was nice. Good place to stay with spacious room. Close to convenience store and bus stop up to Cornell campus.
  • Guest：Room wasn't ready and I arrived 1.5 hours after check-in. There was no shampoo in the shower - not something you check ahead of showering.
