Guest：What a great hotel - the staff make the difference here with a genuinely friendly approach & a "nothing is too much trouble" work ethics. Cannot recommend highly enough. Facilities are extremely clean & well kept. Best hotel on the park - cracking location.
Guest：Hotel is dated but clean and the staff really friendly they were having a staff night the night we stayed was so nice to see them all happy together. Breakfast was good and very needed after our night out.

Guest：Well the hotel was booked last minute, The reception staff were great and accommodated me in an easy access room as i recently had an accident. The manager i think her name was Courtney was friendly and welcoming and took me to my room to ensure it was going to be ok for my needs... She could not have been more friendly and professional... The hotel was as a Premier Inn clean and tidy. Had breakfast in the morning chef was constantly getting fresh food out. Courtney came in the dining room asked every customer if breakfast was ok... She then helped clear some tables... i can not praise Courtney enough from check in to check out could not do enough for myself and other guests , 10/10 for customer service. Courtney should be a service delivery trainer. Or employed at the Hilton or Savoy...
