Guest：After the first night no cups were left for coffee, one day there only towels for one person and the tub was not cleaned daily.
Guest：There was only one person working the front desk. It took a long time to check in. No dresser for our clothes, bad view from the patio, $38 a day for a valet parking only, no free breakfast, the refrigerator was small and it only stayed on for a couple hours. The bathroom faucet was bad.
Guest：This was a wonderful hotel. My wife and I came up from fort Myers to hear Diana Krall at the Ruth Eckerd Hall and stayed at this hotel. It was very special. Thank you for the experience. We will be back.
Guest：We were not told of the $38 per day mandatory valet parking charge. After the first night, I told the front desk (and gave them a note in writing) that the light by our fridge, microwave was not working and asked them to fix it - they never did. This was a 4 night stay. Although the room was "straightened" every day, some days it was after 5pm. I was told they did the "checkouts" first and got to all rooms before 6pm.
