Guest：Our stay at Mandir Palace with my family was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the grandeur and magnificence of this beautiful heritage palace, which made us feel nothing less than royalty. The architecture, history, and regal ambiance are simply breathtaking. The hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was extremely warm, cooperative, and highly professional. A special thanks to Mr. Parbat Singh, whose dedication and personal care made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. One of the most cherished moments of our visit was the honor of meeting members of the royal family — Maharaj Jitendra Singh Ji and Rajkumar Sivendra Singh Ji, the esteemed owners of the property. They were incredibly polite, courteous, and gracious, which added a truly special touch to our experience. Mandir Palace is not just a place to stay; it is a royal journey into history, culture, and timeless elegance. We will always treasure these memories and would highly recommend this palace to anyone seeking a genuine royal heritage experience.
Guest：I stayed at this hotel for four nights with my husband and daughter. Overall, the experience was pleasant, with spacious rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. The restaurant staff were courteous, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner arrangement by the pool with a bonfire was also enjoyable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement: 1. The breakfast spread was quite limited for a four-star property. There were very few fresh juice options, and buttermilk was not available. Additionally, the cut fruits—particularly guava and papaya—did not appear fresh. 2. The breakfast timing was only until 9:30 AM, which is relatively early. Most hotels offer breakfast until at least 10:00 or 10:30 AM. 3. The checkout time of 10:00 AM is quite early, especially for guests who come to relax. A checkout time of at least 11:00 AM, or preferably 12:00 PM, would be more appropriate, particularly during the winter season. 4. I noticed that some guests were vacating around 11:30 AM; however, despite my request, we were not granted even a one-hour extension. This was disappointing, especially as my flight was delayed by two hours. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to enhance the overall guest experience in the future.
