Guest：“You know what you’re getting with a Premier Inn” applied here. It was clean and relatively comfortable with a quick check in and parking available for a good price. We stayed in a family room which was fairly spacious and had 3 separate beds. The room had some scuffs and chips to the walls in places and the bathroom is very basic, but all in all I would stay here again.
Guest：I don't normally do reviews however I feel that this hotel deserves one. We stayed for 2 nights and found the staff amazing on what was a very busy weekend. The rooms were ready on arrival and to the usual premier inn standards of premier inn, we did witness one incident where members of the public were very rude to the restaurant staff because of the wait for food. I felt this verged on Bullying as 3 members of the family were verbally attacking the duty manager (Claire) at once. My wife and I were upset by the the behavior of this family and felt for the manager who handled herself professionally, We were all clearly told that there was a wait for food and most people accepted it. It was clear to me that this family were just after a discount on their bill and they didn't have any care for the staff who did a great job under pressure especially Claire who dealt professionally with the incident.

Guest：Extremely dirty bathroom, dried urine in and around the toilet. Very noisy heating. Tv didn’t work. Dusty carpet. Emailed my concerns but was basically told ‘tough’ as it wasn’t addressed at reception at the time. But having realised this late into the evening it was more convenient to clean it myself. We have stayed here previously and not had any issues so it was very disappointing.
