  • Guest：The hotel is not super close to subways or supermarkets, though in general the location is ok. The opening hours of the restaurant is not good… for the bar, it’s ok. The bottle water in the room is not free….. The reception could have more patiently explained to us about the destination fee and the benefits.
  • Guest：3rd visit to The Clancy. Great location, staff, and rooms are comfy and clean. Perfect location to stay for Giants games
  • Guest：The rooms are clean and decent, and the location is good. However, I’m disappointed with the destination fee that added $35 per night to my room. I’ve called the hotel multiple times, but I’ve only managed to leave voicemail messages without receiving any response. The front desk simply advised me to read the fine print. It’s not clear why the $35 charge is not mentioned at check-in or check-out, which feels a bit sneaky. Another issue is the prices for basic items. The room offers water for $8 a bottle, and breakfast costs $35 per person for the most basic options. While the Clancy is a decent hotel, it’s not a luxury establishment. I’m not sure why they’re expecting luxury prices.
