Guest：Absolutely fantastic experience with the premier inn reception staff. Her name was Taija I believe… hopefully I have spelt it correctly, but she made the stay that ever so more memorable. The rooms were to a clean and tidy standard too, about what you would expect to get in a room for a premier inn. I’d definitely stay again based off these factors.
Guest：I have used Swanley on several occasions and the staff are always friendly and very happy to help. The "plus" rooms are limited in number but are always very comfortable/clean. Like any hotel there are occasionally noisy guests but this is rare here. The location is easy to find and for me is perfect when visiting family. The Beefeater restaurant next door is ideal if you don't want to go far to eat. The breakfast is excellent value and the staff are very friendly.
Guest：Had booked a Premier Plus room on second floor, but as not TV was working was moved to another room on ground floor, room not as good as the first. Someone in the rooms above me kept moving about and was very heavy footed, I was kept awake until after 2am and then woken again at 4.30 same reason walking in room above. So all in all not much sleep. Would think twice about going to Premier Inn again.
Guest：It was a very disappointing stay. The toilet rim of the room we were in was very dirty. We informed the cleaner on our floor and showed her the dirty rim. We were told it was black limescale and cannot be cleaned. That all the toilets on that floor had the same problem. The key fobs were not working due to a technical issue overnight. When we returned for the second evening we found our room had not been cleaned because although we told the cleaners we had not told the front desk. We were not told this rule at check-in and is not clearly displayed. We had to move to another room for our second night where we still encountered problems with the keys. We also had to collect a second towel as there was only 1 towel in the room. This room did have a clean toilet.
