  • Guest：Visited this quiet premier inn again , spoke to Carol and Sophie on reception both very welcoming and friendly . Although it probably could do with a freshen up it’s always clean and they are happy to give you extra towels if you need them ,there’s always plenty of tea/coffee/milk and sugar available on reception if you need it . Never had any issues it’s even better now they do breakfast in the hotel.
  • Guest：I had issues checking in because of a problem at my company end. Laura on reception was great and kept checking the computer to see if the booking had come through. She even gave me a drink while I waited. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
  • Guest：I stayed overnight to attend a wedding. The room was lovely, clean and quite spacious as it was a double. The bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby! It was a quiet location, even with a train line relatively close, I only heard an occasional rumble, nothing compared to where I live, and it didnt disturb me! The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. I would not hesitate to stay there again.??
  • Guest：I was very impressed with the staffs knowledge on coeliac disease. They have a folder with all the food they serve, the allergens they contain and also any may contain too. I was brought out some freshly washed cutlery that no one else had touched and contaminated, which is the first time anywhere has done this in the 5 years I have been diagnosed. I felt very safe and reassured when eating here.
