Guest：This is by far one of the best premier Inns I've stayed at, from the moment I entered reception to check in I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I was very impressed with the premier plus room, super comfy bed excellent facilities
Guest：Good location. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was readable priced with lots of choice. Full English was good. Unfortunately our room let the stay down. It was dirty, one of the pillows had stains on it holes in the curtains, the kettle was broken and we only had one towel between 2 of us. The room especially the bathroom was in need of modernisation. The plastic around the bath and toilet area was coming apart. We always stay in premier inns, so this is unacceptable for over 125 pound a night stay.
Guest：The hotel was easy to find (with Google maps) about a 15 minutes walk from London Bridge Tube Station. There is a bus stop just down the street , where the 188 bus can take you to Covent Garden in 20 mins. We didn't eat in the hotel but found a Wetherspoons just up the street which did breakfast. Room was clean and had a great view of the Shard. We stayed 2 nights and asked for clean towels when we headed out for the day around 10am, however when we returned after 3pm, they hadn't been changed and had to go back to reception to get clean ones. Then housekeeping called half an hour later (when I was in the bath) with more!
Guest：While the hotel was relatively easy to find- the nearest tube is a 15 min walk away which is frustrating when you’re walking around with suitcases (as most tourists are in london) Check in is at 3pm with an optional early check in.. for ￡15. Again quite frustrating when we were there30 mins before check in time. The room was good value for money however the heating didn’t work which for a January visit- isn’t ideal. Had we been in the room longer than just to sleep we would have spoken to reception about this- but travelling with two 6 year olds we didn’t want to cart them to another room so late in the evening. Breakfast was very good value for money, fresh and constantly topped up so this was the highlight of our stay. Upon checkout- we asked if there was a bus to the nearest tube station as we had the children and suitcases and didn’t want to walk far and the receptionist just showed us the map and where to walk to the nearest tube so not very helpful, luckily another guest answered all out questions. Decent room although cold, but of a walk to the nearest tube but would stay again now I know my bearings.
