Guest：Just not a well run hotel at all. Room on 8th floor with a balcony overlooking an alley and next to the gym. Very loud everywhere in the hotel and the room was so small it was embarrassing
Guest：Wonderdul stay at the Hyatt Centric. I lost a bundle of cash (over $500) in my room and it was retrieved and returned to me by housekeeping. Thank you to both managers who assisted and the great service provided. We will be back!
Guest：Restaurant but no room service even for coffee and the in room coffee maker didn’t work. Noisy construction outside and noisy yelling all night. Front desk staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
Guest：The rooms were clean, the view was amazing and we truly enjoyed the efforts to maintaining a clean hotel.
