Guest：Usual check in and out, in a deserted lobby. Location is excellent for the Quayside, with parking. Bedroom was clean. We stayed on the 4th floor and could hear every step of the people in the room above, like giant rats. Fortunately they seemed to visit the bathroom etc when we did. Breakfast was across the road and the usual options available. My only complaint, which applies to many places, is that there were no staff to clear the tables.
Guest：Visited last year,hasn’t changed its attitude to cooking at the ex beefeater’s restaurant. Despite poor reviews from customers,still ongoing problems. Don’t bother with meal deals,Eat elsewhere,plenty of food outlets a stone’s throw away. Hotel all good,though coffee machine in premier plus room was poor.

Guest：We stay in quite a few premier inns throughout the year and this is one of the poorest we have stayed in. The Good- The location is really central and only a five minute walk to lots of shops and places to eat. There is also a sizeable car park that is free to park. We appreciated this. The bad- when we checked in the receptionist was a little unfriendly. We asked for a second room key card as our family were doing different activities the following day. At first she said we couldn’t have one but then she did give us the master card but made it clear it was an inconvenience. We ate in the restaurant that first evening and the food was quite poor. They got my daughter’s order wrong and by the time they brought out the right meal everyone else had almost finished their meals. They offered nothing as an apology. It was also freezing In the first half of the restaurant and I kept my coat on for some of my meal. Our bedroom was also freezing on arrival. Very unwelcoming.
