  • Guest：Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet acceptable standards. The room showed clear signs of lack of upkeep, particularly in the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The location is convenient, but overall the property requires significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance to match guest expectations.
  • Guest：Pros: attentive staff, good shower and bed, good neighborhood. Cons: very poorly maintained and dated interiors, spotty cleaning (we found a huge hairball in the bathroom), "meh" breakfast buffet considering the price. Probably wouldn't recommend.
  • Guest：Excellent stay. Your staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a high standard (excellent style!) and very clean (the only criticism was that the bathroom, although adequate, was not up to the very high standard of the room). Breakfast was amazing. Thanks ??????
  • Guest：Clean structure and friendly staff. Some furniture is a bit old but is okay. The digitalisation of the check in process is a bit pointless. I get it looks cool but no need to overcomplicate things
