Guest：When we got into the room there was music blasting from a karaoke bar next door. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they basically said you are in a town centre and it's the weekend. She then did proceeded to tell me they had an agreement that it stopped at 10pm. I was there with my 9 year old daughter who had a competition early the next day so wasn't good. You could hear the traffic all night, it was like the window was on the catch but I couldn't see it open at all. The room was also extremely cold.
Guest：Old, tired hotel. First room assigned sounded like double glazing was broke, because despite being on 5th floor noise from road below sounded like window was open. I asked for a different room, in quieter part of hotel away from elevators, foot traffic etc. When I was moved it was at end of corridor, so I was really pleased at first, as was lovely and quiet. But then at midnight through until 2am i was repeatedly disturbed by a weird noise and banging. No phone in room, so I had to get out of bed, dressed and make way to reception, only to learn contractors were still working and using a service elevator on other side of my room! Not impressed.

Guest：Doncaster Higher Fisher gate. Very friendly staff in both premium inn and Table table and always happy to help. food is lovely Clean, comfortable and brilliant facilities. Fantastic value.
