Guest：Lovely property. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms very cosy. Staff very friendly especially front office manager Rajeewan. Food was great. Pool very clean and well maintained. Lovely place to retreat after a long journey. Will be back here again when we return to Jaffna.
Guest：Great place. Yummy breakfast feast with multiple options. It was really a feast. The staff were super friendly and courteous. The owners were checking on us every day and they were kind enough to keep our large suitcases when we travelled out of Jaffna area for a week. Overall I highly recommend this place. Just 5 minutes walk to Nallur temple.
Guest：We stayed at Jaffna Heritage Hotel for two nights and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, which made us feel right at home. The hotel has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing as a family. The vegetarian dishes were both healthy and tasty, and we really appreciated the care taken in preparing the food. A special mention to Rajeewan, the admin receptionist, who was extremely friendly and always attentive to our needs. His hospitality made our stay even more comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the place, and as it was our first visit to Jaffna, we were so happy to experience the local culture and meet such kind and beautiful people. Highly recommended, and we’re grateful we had the chance to stay here!
