  • Guest：离开约克火车钻只需要步行7-8分钟，房间不错，衞生情况很好，携住办理入住也很快捷。早餐集齐了英式早餐各个品种。很不错！
  • Guest：刚入住时就感觉到衞生间里有烟味和尿味，感觉没打扫乾净。退房时电梯竟然坏了，询问前台工作人员被告知没有帮忙搬行李的义务，我带着两个孩子拿着三个大行李箱下三楼太无语了。
  • Guest：The room was clean and comfy. I paid for the breakfast and evening meal on the offer. The evening meal was terrible and the breakfast was not much better. I have stayed in a lot of premier inns and the breakfast has always been good but not here
  • Guest：Normally the only thing to complain about at a premier inn is the food , which can be pretty hit or miss. However, this one was poor from the start. My room wreaked of mildew / damp. It really stank to the point where I went out and bought some spray air freshener. This still didn’t mask the smell. The hairdryer didn’t work, the seat at the desk was broken, the sealant around the shower tray was black and the inside of the kettle stank (dare not risk making a cuppa). The heating control didn’t work, the fan was noisy, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The TV didn’t have many channels (no news channels). Breakfast was passable. The orange juice was most likely cheaper mandarin juice and the yoghurt was in a large bowl that looked like it was ready to start sprouting mushrooms. The black pudding was too dry. Bacon and fried eggs were ok. The place just needs someone to check and get things back on track - I just got the impression nobody cared.
