Guest：This place is beautiful!!! The food was good and the rooms were large. We had a fireplace which they cone and light for you in the evening. They packed us breakfast and lunches to go for our trekking adventures during the day. In the evening they bring hot water bottles to the room and place them under the blankets!!!!! We loved that and the staff treated us like kings!!!!! We still gave it 5 stars even though they really need to get phone lines in the room to call for room service, otherwise you have to walk back to the reception to request anything. We still give it a 5 because this place is amazing and the staff are soo polite and the service is beyond 5 stars!!!! I highly recommend this place for your stay.
Guest：Very nice stay!! Wonderful experience. Good breakfast (especially the one to go). The fire in the room is very nice and the hotel is very clean. People are nice and warm.
Guest：I was less than enthusiastic about this hotel. We spent two nights here. The quality of the food at all meals was poor. The staff were good. But the problem is with the lady manager who was not capable of either understanding or solving our concerns The hotel itself is tired and needs revamping. I would not recommend this hotel, but I have no idea on what the alternative hotels are The hotel was the only one we stayed at which charged only in US dollars. I believe hotels in Rwanda should charge in local currency. As others have said , they have peculiar rules for what they will not let you do in your room
Guest：Beautiful lodges in the middle of the rainforest. Monkeys pass through in the morning. You can’t get much better, this is a fantastic location and perfect for the activities in the forest. We were only a 10-15min drive from the start of the chimpanzee tracking in the forest. It is beautiful and a very high quality establishment. The food was delicious and the team did everything to make our time wonderful. 10/10
