Guest：Everything was first class friendly staff spotlessly clean everywhere good food and beer excellent
Guest：Staff work very hard, busy but are very friendly. Bar man especially friendly and upbeat.. remembered previous guests, didn’t catch his name but had a beard. Stayed her several times over the years and although this establishment has been taken over standards haven’t dropped. Good meals and spotlessly clean. As said before stayed several times from suites and double rooms with friends .. however on this occasion just quick overnight and we stayed in the compact double.. adequate but small (as advertised) and wouldn’t of liked to do more then one night in there , in hindsight could of asked if I could of payed for upgrade as I believe other rooms available. Lovely night so no complaints and will be back .

Guest：Just returned from a 1 night stay ( wish it had been more) . Our stay was perfect from start to finish and couldn’t find 1 fault with this hotel. Check in was smooth and easy and were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door.We were shown to our room which was outstanding the best I have stayed in. The food was lovely as were all the staff. Special mention to Rick the barman he was great looked after us all night. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning with friends.
