  • Guest：We booked very last minute which was a gamble. Simon got in contact straight away and assured us it was no problem and would see us in a hour. HOST Perfect and charming. ROOM We got upgraded to an amazing spacious room on the top floor. It was clean, modern and traditional at the same time plus super quiet. LOCATION Amazing, could walk to the sea, around the park and even a bite to eat all in walking distance. VALUE Extremely good value. It was off peak season ￡85 a night for two people. PARKING We have a blue badge, but you can get a permit. We had no issues finding a space across from the property. If we are travelling through this area again we'd definitely check here for vacancies.
  • Guest：Our thanks to Siobhan and Simon, who did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We stayed in the twin bedroom (room 7). The bed was comfortable and the ensuite facilities were fine. We could help ourselves to what we wanted for breakfast in terms of cereal, yoghurt, toast, fruit juice and hot drinks, according to preference and appetite. The cooked breakfasts were of high quality and filling. There was plenty of on-street parking close to the hotel which was free for the first day. (We only stayed one night, but I understand there is a very small parking charge for longer stays.)
  • Guest：Very nice clean rooms, very nice breakfast and very unique breakfast location by being one the first floor and literally next door to our bedroom. Very helpful when I had problems with opening a window - anything was no trouble at all.
  • Guest：I have just visited the beautiful Yorkshire coast and my stay was made even more memorable staying at the Park View Quest House. Simon and Siobhan the proprietors of the stunning property made me feel so welcome and were so helpful with local info. The breakfast room is superb providing everything from a varied selection of cereals, fruit to a wonderful cooked breakfast. I recommend to anyone who visits Scarborough to book themselves into perfectly Located Park View Quest house. Thank you Simon And Siobhan hope to visit again soon. Stewart
