Guest：Excellent hotel. Very convenient location if you come on a cruise. The port is nearby. Lots of options for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Guest：酒店位置不错，衞生条件也还好。与工作人员交流中，感觉前台办手续的工作人员的热情不是很好，比如手续办完过后去哪里坐电梯上楼这样的事情都没有一句指引。还有，网上销售页面上没有提到的收费，到店后才提出来，每个房间每天要额外收40美金的什么餐饮、spa等项目硬性促销体验的费用。房间里摆了很多饮料和巧克力糖果之类的小零食，全是收费的，连一瓶免费的矿泉水都没有给你的。更别説像有的高级酒店送点零食，水果之类给顾客的了。房间里的送餐到房间的餐单标识也不明确，个人直观感觉是送餐上门的价格，但实际上不是。刚入住时点了一个餐单上标价20美金左右的汉堡，送上门来后给我的付费单据是要30多美金。而且，在客房里打电话点还不行，还必须下楼去告诉前台，然后再由前台通知送餐的给你送到房间去。住过很多四星、五星级酒店，感觉这家酒店的服务真的达不到五星级的水平，服务比较差。
