Guest：Yeah room everything was amazing I like the theme but only thing the AC didn’t work we wanted room cool because it was tooo hot in the hotel but other then that would definitely go again
Guest：I had a smooth check in about 6pm. Once I settled into the room, and got back from dinner and showered, the shower handle wasn’t installed properly and moved suddenly turning the water scalding hot almost burning me.. we went to the front desk to changed the room because we’d be there for 3 nights.. the next room we were given, the adjoining room door didn’t lock, so they had their facilities person check it. You guessed it, we got another room. The next room, seemed fine except that the fire place didn’t work. Part of the reason why we booked this place. So our fourth and final room was fine except that we didn’t get the king bed we paid for, instead we got a very uncomfortable queen bed. We settled with this room because it was nearly 10pm and we were just tired. Not to mention the front desk person was very rude after the second room on. She made us feel like we were the problem but the rooms weren’t maintained properly. Also, no AC. The rooms are all heated. Breakfast the next morning was different. I expected a continental breakfast but breakfast was as the adjoining hotel restaurant. You can use credit toward the a la cart menu or choose a set plate (1 egg, hash brown or cottage cheese, bacon or sausage, and bread). It served its purpose. The staff there were friendly. On the last day, housekeeping was knocking on our door making sure we were going to check out, mind you we still had 30mins until checkout.
Guest：There’s no AC in the rooms and although it’s cold outside the room was too warm. The temperature was 75 and wouldn’t go lower even when we turned off the heater. After I complained they offered to give us a different room where the AC wasn’t working either but had a sliding door. We didn’t take it because the sun was hitting right where the sliding door was and that room felt warmer. So they offered us fan. The place was clean, staff was polite and friendly. Very nicely decorated for Christmas (lobby) but the whole no AC is really an issue.
Guest：La habitación se veía mejor en las fotos, pagué extra para tener vista al patio y me dejaron en el primer piso y veo solo carros de estacionamiento. El restaurante que está aquí pésimo servicio …. Más de una hora de espera a que me entregaran la comida y me tuve que ir porque mi bebé tenía sue?o y nunca llegó… el mesero me dijo que no eran fast food y no fuimos los únicos en irnos, no recomiendo el restaurante. Las máquinas del área de juegos no sirven, perdí 4 dólares en diferentes y según me mandarían al de mantenimiento para devolución y nunca llegó … la vdd muy céntrico el hotel pero todo lo demás bye
