Guest：Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel est aux petits soins.
Guest：They actually sit on the same site as they were the Same family however that IS not the case today . Mas de Galloffre Le Pre Galoffre Still family run Much smaller building and outside area . Has big pool and huge outside area Smaller pool but most importantly Does Beautiful Stone building not have a restaurent ! It provides Lovely restaurent and menu breakfast but outsources evening meal
Guest：I stayed at this hotel last night and was bitterly disappointed. Upon arrival, I was given room no 1, a smallish room at the end of a long corridor reached via some ancient (though beautiful) steepish staircase. The WC played up and upon pointing this out, the Owner eventually, though unsuccessfully, attempted to fix it. Following a very tiring and long drive from the South of Spain, all I wanted was to relax (I am 74 after all…) so asked for another room. Eventually, I was given room no 4 a very nice and comfortable room with working WC! Dinner, fortunately, was excellent and absolutely to be recommended as was the selection at breakfast even though I had to wait for an available table. The tables, unfortunately, are very cumbersome as are the benches one has to squeeze on.. Finally, upon check out this morning, I handed the key to the Owner; he did not feel it necessary to acknowledge me nor say goodbye… Neither do I feel he should serve food to his guests at dinner unless he takes some pleasure in doing so. Only the young lady at check in deserves a positive mention for her friendliness and professionalism…

Shower just a dribble, tap broke, mould in bathroom, no kettle in room, dark corridors, being watched while at breakfast...and where are those lovely French Cheeses?...prepacked tiny portions of Baby Bell and the like, restaurant closed some days, miserable staff, no English spoken, swimming pool closed, oh dear...
