  • Guest：I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at this apartment for making my recent stay so pleasant. From the moment I arrived I received warm, helpful service from the entire staff. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the facilities were more than sufficient for my needs. I especially appreciated the daily cleaning and the daily snack refills. Please pass my gratitude on to housekeeping, the front desk, and all team members who contributed to such a great stay. Special thanks to the front desk staff member Leese, and to a gentleman who helped me print an important document ( I should have written his name)— their assistance made a big difference. Everything was just perfect. I look forward to staying with this apartment again and will happily recommend this apartment

  • Guest：Fantastic flat for our family! Location is perfect for both Heathrow and anywhere in the city of London. Picked up the key from Hotel Indigo where all the staff are brilliant. They sorted out anything we needed. Brwakfast at Bella Italia two doors down is a must. We Will most definitely be back!
