Guest：Very good hotel, I’m glad we stayed here
Guest：Photos of the rooms make it look amazing but this property is run down. To be fair, there is considerable work being done to update several areas around the property. Unfortunately that meant a lot of construction to weave through while walking around the property. Food and pool area are good. Staff are hit or miss. Some are amazing (Francisco), and others ambivalent. One receptionist (Natalie) who was helping us book a tour through the hotel never contacted the tour company. So we didn’t get to go on the one tour we wanted before leaving. Grounds are pretty and beach area is nice. The hotel advises you not to drink the water from your room and they provide a glass container to go get water from public areas for your room, which is a bit inconvenient.
Guest：This place was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Quiet, right across from the beach and fairly priced! The food was great from the breakfast buffet to dinner as well as dessert! Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area!
