110 rooms of various categories are offered to accommodate guests, located on 5 floors of the hotel complex. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe, kettle. It offers comfortable sleeping furniture, wardrobes for storing clothes, bedside tables, a bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer, toiletries and towels. All rooms in the hotel have no balconies and overlook the quiet side.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning. The hotel has two restaurants: the Gallery Art Restaurant with a menu of European and pan-Asian cuisines and the Tourist restaurant with panoramic windows and views of the city and European cuisine.
