Guest：Room was clean, however, whirlpool tub would not turn off. Serious problem with controls, which we disconnected. Office staff was not to be found late in the afternoon, nor the next morning.
Guest：This is a nice property, but it is not well suited for elderly people with limitations. We requested a cabin with 2 beds and handicap friendly. We initially ended up with a cabin that was handicap accessible but had a king bed, a tub not a shower. The management did allow us to stay in a room with 2 beds which was most important, but the beds were so high that my wife could not get on the bed without major effort and my help. Also, the heater made so much noise we were not able to sleep. We finally checked out after one night of our 2-night stay. It was not a pleasant stay, and we will never go back.
Guest：The location is good, not far away from the west gate of Yellowstone NP. The room is in good size, having a fireplace.
Guest：The cabin was very cute and cozy. The showers didn’t work and there was barely any hot water. The staff came and fixed the shower right away but the hot water was still a problem. The kitchen garbage hadn’t been emptied from the last people and it was completely full. But howsntly for the price I’d stay there again. Very cute.
