Guest：Wunderbares Hotel mit einem traumhaften Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mosel. Exzellentes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen und ein fantastischer Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal! Einzige Kommentar. Auf den Balkonen darf geraucht werden. Der starke Geruch in andere Zimmer passt nicht zum Standard des Hotels!
Guest：Sch?nes Zimmer mit blick auf die Mosel und die Cochemer Burg. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Prima Frühstück. Das Abendessen gabs nur als Menü. Nicht verkehrt, aber auch nicht gerade sehr gut. Sehr sch?ne Bar. Preis/Leistung fand ich nicht ganz passend.
Guest：Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Die Sevicemitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten ein Well & Wine Arrangement gebucht. Frühstück und 3Gang Abendessen inclusive Salat und K?sebuffet waren lecker. Das Hotel liegt angenehm ruhig abseits des Touristentrubels oberhalb der Mosel. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr sch?n, die Tee und Wasserbar komplettiert den positiven Eindruck. Kleine Unstimmigkeiten u. a. hinsichtlich der Terminierung von Wellnessbehandlungen und Abstimmungen hinsichtlich der Reinigung der Zimmer führten zu leichten Missstimmungen bei den Organisatoren.
Guest：Unterbringung im G?stehaus zu einem Preis von 240 € ist eine Unversch?mtheit. Charme der 70er, viele Treppen, Zimmer total altbacken und Badezimmer klein. Alleinig positiv ist das Ambiente in der Bar mit sehr engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Essen war ok bis gut, auch wenn man wenig Auswahl beim Menü hat. Die Fahrradgarage ist derart klein, dass eins unserer R?der nicht mehr reinpasste und dann ganz woanders untergebracht werden musste. Pool klein und alt. Alles in allem total überh?hter Preis.
