Guest：The room was fine, the bed quite comfortable. The flat is conveniently located near the beach and aquarium. I forgot to tell them that the first aid kit was empty. There were some communication challenges concerning cleaning, good thing I had kept all the records!
Guest：The support was via whatsapp and was good. The appartment was really lovely, plenty of towels etc. Downside was building work going on, full on jack hammer, drilling at 9am on monday morning!!! I complained and one day after it was 9.45am. No sleep ins at this hotel. It did spoil our stay. However, a fabulous location and well appointed appt. Unsure whether would stay again.

Guest：Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und sch?n eingerichtet, gemütlich. Und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es, weil sie w?hrend meines Aufenthalts Umbauarbeiten hatten im Haus und das auf keiner Weise bekannt gegeben hatten. Ich war ziemlich entt?uscht darüber. Ich war da, um zu entspannen, um an meinem neuen Job mit neuer Energie anzufangen. Stattdessen wurde ich dort ziemlich früh vom L?rm geweckt und konnte nicht mal meine Ferien geniessen, weil ich am Nachmittag schon wieder müde wurde. Und die Umgebung vom Haus ist nicht gerade Einladend. Das Schlosssystem von der Eingangstüre ins Zimmer war ziemlich speziell. Man kann die Türe nicht normal zu tun. Man muss sie zuknallen, was also die anderen nebenan sicherlich etwas durchschüttelt. Schade eigentlich, weil sie sonst alles richtig gut machen. Umbauarbeiten k?nnen vorkommen, aber man darf das nicht verschweigen!!
