Guest：Total of 3 rooms in 3 nights. The first one the heat kicked on and sounded like a train was coming through. Moved rooms. The second one the refrigerator was malfunctioning and clicked and clicked for hours. Finally got in a room my last night and actually wasn’t bad except the shampoo holder was broken from the wall and just sitting on the side of the tub. Gabby at the front desk did her absolute best to accommodate all the issues. She was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful as much as she could be. The hotel itself was clean and appeared well kept. I personally just didn’t get the rest I came to get. Back to the hustle and bustle of life without the results from this minor weekend getaway I hoped for.

Guest：The ac wouldnt turn off, the elevators smelled like burnt rubber, the refrigerator would only stay cold for 2 hours, and there were stains on the bed sheets and ceiling
Guest：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall building was nicely maintained, but the room had some maintenance deficiencies.
