Guest：We had booked the entire hotel for a wedding. Mr. Arnab, manager was of great help. The support provided by all the staff specially the housekeeping team led by Sunil Acharya and the restaurant team led by Raju was outstanding. There was not one request that they said no to. They put in all there efforts to accommodate our requests to the best of their capabilities. Some other notable staff are Mikma,Suraj,Birun,Kabita,Sardha, Tara,Sakuntala, Srijana from the housekeeping team and from the Restaurant team Ankita,Subrato, Deepak,Sovan. Thanks for your support.
Guest：What makes a hotel a great place to stay is the people who run the hotel and their team work...i'm completely swayed away and floored by the service provided by housekeeping Suraj, Sardha,Soneya,Tara & manager Sunil ji finally ...what a splendid service and hospitality...if there is a provision for 6 star i will give six star rating, everything from food, housekeeping, cleanliness around the hotel, lobby, rooms, toilet is all exemplary...i will come back again to this property one more time in my life again for the hospitality...i had stayed in several overseas as well as top indian property but the human touch is superb here...they arrange very good drivers.Kudos to the staff! Keep it up!
Guest：Excellent stay we stay here for one night we really enjoy our stay food was very good all staff was very helpfull and courteous especially thanks to reception staff Mr Bejoy ,Ms Bimit , Goutam and Sourav .Food was very testy Chef Diwas was very nice he took nice care for us.we will recommend sinclairs retreat kalimpong to all friends and family. Nest time we will visit again for some more days.
