Guest：Jolie vue, mais longue attente et BOF pour un restaurant Steak House vue les prix! Très dé?ue! Sur le service rien à dire, c'était correct!
Guest：I left Marina Lachen this morning after a 3 night stay, just me & my tiny chihuahua. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I had booked a lakeview room & asked for a balcony if possible. I was, indeed, assigned a balcony room on the 3rd floor. There were dog bowls left for Scout and for me there were 2 bottles of water (with flavouring tablets) & a bowl of fruit. My room was turned down just the first night. But housekeeping left treats, a lip balm on one occasion & a chocolate bunny on another. I ate in the Steakhouse restaurant on 2 out of the 3 nights. VERY expensive. However the staff are amazing & the food is excellent. Breakfast was included in my rate & very good indeed. We dined in the Osteria Vista on one night, Italian food, very good &, again exceptional staff - shout out to Stefan. Highly recommended
Guest：Well placed on the lakeshore, great view on the lake (the rooms lakeside obviously). Spacious and superbly decorated rooms, amazing bathrooms .. great and large beds. Great room terraces to sunbath. Rather good room amenities though no minibar. . Very kind staff. Snack bar with terrace and grill restaurant with terrace attached. All good and tasty cuisine with Swiss prices … operating hours of restaurant a bit short (kitchen closes at 2pm…). Room services’ choice very limited( after midnight no bar service.. so better to order or bring wine or other to room …no gym, no sauna/spa. Good value for money.
Guest：Super and excellent dinner on December 7 with a group of around 50 business people. Perfect service ! Best place in Lachen with beautiful view to the lake. Can only be recommended! Parking close few meters to the hotel! A trip to Lachen can only be recommended! R. Stutz
