Guest：We were looking for somewhere nice to pass a one night stopover connecting to Orly, and hit on this place; it was just so fun. It's like a perfect amazing Paris apartment from 1990, exactly like something out of a film. A loft, a glass floor, a jacuzzi, a huge screen projector, rows of DVDs. Honestly, it made us feel young again : ) :) :) Great welcome, it's lovely and quiet and you're a quick 20 minutes from Orly. If you fancy splashing out a bit and doing something a bit different, it's really really worth it. nb if you're a pianist, it's a Kawai, quite hard to drive but a HUUUUUGE sound and a massive thumping bass. :)
Guest：We rented apartment 1 and 3 for the weekend and had a wonderful stay! Claire was very welcoming and both apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a lovely relaxing break. The fresh French pastries breakfast delivered every morning was delicious! The grand piano and the home cinema were such a treat! We all slept really well as it is quiet and nice and dark thanks to all the shutters. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to Porte d’Orléans. We could not recommend it more!

It's a charming place for families seeking safe accommodation, conveniently located near the metro, and with a restaurant nearby. Guest：The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated, and equipped with everythign you'll need, the service by Claire Lavaud... impeccable!, everyday we had a wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from a true 'boulanger', everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located near porte d'Orlean metro station, M4 line, and you can from there easily go to all the main touristic area of Paris without the need to change lines. No doubt that we will book Maison Lavaud again for our next visit and meet with Claire again. 100/100.
